I can't help you if you do not understand what an "ADD-ON"is.
It's an English term, where you Top Up, if you have more Budget.

It's like you visit a cafe and they ask you if you wish to Ädd-on a bit more for soup of the day, coffee, or dessert to complete the meal... except that Mew isn't a diner. 

Add-on is of your choice (subject to my approval)

As Add-on is only applicable for the highest-end Supreme and Extreme packages,

you don't have to venture there for something you dunno (and probably don't need)

At the bottom the packages page, you can read the clause where 

a DEPOSIT is needed for all meetup/non-meetup packages.

plus a link to detailed FAQ/the dos and don'ts.

You have been deemed to have Agreed to all T&C when you send in MEW contact form.

In all doubt, always refer to the links on packages page.
